Ordering and payment
You put the bottles in your basket, enter your delivery address and choose TWINT or card. Before you pay, you see your order, the shipping costs and the total, and you can change anything. “Pay now” takes you to the secure payment page of our payment provider Stripe. The purchase is concluded when your payment goes through; you receive a confirmation by email with your order number.
Changes and cancellation
Until we have sent your order, you can change or cancel it free of charge: write to us at info@cascarup.ch and give your order number. We will refund the amount you paid by the same method.
Food
Ingredients, allergens and shelf life are listed in the shop under “Ingredients and notes” and on the label. Our syrup contains caffeine from the coffee cherry. If a bottle arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, get in touch, ideally with a photo; we will replace it or refund the price.
